Meet the Valentine’s Massage Blend

This therapeutic essential oil blend was carefully crafted to relax the body, ease muscle tension, and create a calming atmosphere. Featuring a combination of powerful plant-based ingredients, this blend works in harmony to melt away stress and soothe the senses.

How to Use Your Massage Oil Blend

The best part is you don’t need to be a professional massage therapist to give (or receive) a great massage! Here’s a simple technique to help you enjoy your massage oil:



Simple Valentine’s Day Head Massage Technique

For and easy and effective head massage for relaxation and stress relief, focus on soft and gentle circular motions and pressure points.

  1. Warm the oil – Apply a small amount (1-2 drops) of the massage blend into your hands and rub them together to warm the oil. You may use a scalp massager for added comfort and glide.

  2. Start with gentle pressure – Use slow, gliding strokes along meridian lines of the head applying even pressure.

  3. Use circular motions – With your fingertips or palms, make gentle circular motions over the meridian following through to the neck and and shoulder

  4. Work your way down the back of your head:

    Move your fingertips down the back of your head, applying gentle pressure and circular motions. Pay attention to the base of your skull and the area behind your ears, which can often hold tension

  5. Focus on the nape of your neck:

    Gently massage the nape of your neck in circular motions. This area can be a source of tension and stress, so taking time to massage it can be very relaxing

  6. Use raking motions:

    You can also use a "raking" motion by running your fingertips through your hair, lifting it slightly away from the scalp. This can be a great way to stimulate the scalp and relax the muscles

  7. Repeat as needed:

    You can perform this head massage as often as you like, whether it's daily, weekly, or whenever you feel stressed or tense

  8. Listen to your body:

    Pay attention to any areas where you feel tension or discomfort. Spend a little extra time massaging these areas slowly. Take slow, deep breaths during the massage can help you to relax even further and be present by trying to clear your mind and focus on the sensations of the massage.

Simple Body Massage Technique

  1. Warm the oil – Apply a small amount (4-5 drops) of the massage blend into your hands and rub them together to warm the oil.

  2. Start with gentle pressure – Use slow, gliding strokes along the back, shoulders, or arms, applying even pressure.

  3. Use circular motions – With your fingertips or palms, make gentle circular motions over tense areas like the neck and lower back.

  4. Encourage relaxation – Take deep breaths and let the soothing aroma enhance the experience.

  5. Apply more oil as needed for each section







💡 Pro Tip: If you're giving yourself a massage, try applying the oil to your shoulders, neck, or feet after a long day to help your muscles relax.



Simple Hand Massage Technique

Use your thumbs to work through each of the hand's five zones. Beginning in Zone 1, place your thumbs at the top of the hand close to the top wrist (palms facing down) and alternately work thumbs down the entire length of Zone 1 to the tip of the finger. Repeat the process for all five zones, three times each zone. Then repeat the process with palms facing up.



Simple Feet Massage Technique

Use your thumbs to work through each of the foot's five zones. Beginning in Zone 1, place your thumbs at the balls of the feet and alternately work thumbs down the entire length of Zone 1 to the tip of the toe. Repeat the process for all five zones, three times each zone. Then repeat the process with the other foot.
